International Terminal 1

Dear guests, we will be ready to welcome you at Antalya Airport Terminal 1 - International Arrivals. After you get off the plane, please follow the terminal exit directions after collecting your luggage. When you come out, Bizim Transfer team will meet you with our signboard and direct you to your transfer vehicle. Welcome to Antalya!

International Terminal 2

Dear guests, welcome to Antalya! After your flight, please exit the terminal building by following the exit signs inside Antalya Airport Terminal 2 - International Terminal. After exiting, please proceed to the meeting point number B2. Our Transfer team will be there to meet you and assist you in your transfer process. We wish you a pleasant journey and stay!

Domestic Terminal

How do I get to the Transfer Point after I get off the plane?

After you get off the plane and collect your luggage, proceed towards the exit gate marked "Arrival". When you step out of the exit gate, just head to the left side. Our Transfer team will be ready to meet you on the left side.

If you cannot see our signboard after you exit, you do not need to go to the parking lot. It will be enough to contact us by waiting on the left side of the exit door. Our call center will help you as soon as possible and will quickly direct you to our transfer staff.

📍 Where will you be Meet at the Terminal?

The pick-up point is usually located just in front of the exit gate of the International Arrivals Terminal. For domestic passengers, our transfer staff will be waiting for you at booth number 54, located just outside the exit. Depending on the passenger density, special meeting points are informed in advance via SMS or WhatsApp.

In order for your transfer process to go smoothly, it is important to follow some steps when you arrive at the pick-up point:

• B2 Look for our orange sign. This sign will be in the hands of our greeter and will ensure that you meet the right person.
• Introduce yourself. You will need to confirm your reservation by telling our attendant your first and last name.
• The greeter will not give you directions without recognizing you. Therefore, you cannot transfer to the vehicle without introducing yourself.

Our welcomes at Antalya Airport are realized at Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Domestic Terminal.

Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 serve as international terminals. After completing your flight at these terminals, it will be enough to exit the exit gate and immediately head to the left side. Our teams will be waiting to welcome you on the left side.
