    For bookings made through our website or over the phone, you will not pay more than the stated fee. The extra fee will only apply if you make changes to your reservation. Our transfer prices include airport pick-up, parking, bridge and highway tolls.

    What Should I Do If My Flight is Delayed?


    We track your flight from your flight number attached to your booking, so you don't need to worry in case of a delay.

    Are There Child Seats in Your Vehicles? 


    In our VIP vehicles, child seats are available upon request. If you specify your need for a child seat when booking, a seat suitable for your child's age will be provided. Strollers, child seats and booster seats are also available for babies during the transfer.

    You can book online via our website up to 24 hours before your transfer. If there is a shorter time left, please contact us by phone; depending on availability, you may be able to book up to 1 hour in advance.


    What Do You Do For Cancellations Close To The Transfer Time?


    To cancel your reservation, you can contact us by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours before your flight. Less than 24 hours before your flight, the transfer fee is not refundable.

    We will check which terminal you will be dropped off at based on your flight number specified in your return reservation and our captains will deliver you to the correct terminal.

    Tipping depends on your level of satisfaction and the quality of service you receive; there is no obligation.

    Can I Pay By Credit Card?


    Yes, you can make your payments by credit card.

    Is It Safe To Pay By Credit Card?


    When you create a reservation, the payment link is automatically sent to you via SMS and e-mail. When paying by credit card, the 3D secure payment system is used, so your transactions are completely secure.

    How Much Luggage Allowance Do I Have?


    In shared vehicles, each guest is entitled to 1 suitcase. In private vehicles, the luggage capacity is specified; you are entitled to as many suitcases as the vehicle capacity. If you have more than the capacity, you should choose a larger vehicle model. If you have special sized suitcases, please specify in advance.

    Do You Accept Pets?


    Yes, we can transfer your pets in our VIP vehicles provided they are in a carrying bag. Please specify that you will carry a pet at the time of booking.

    How Many Hours in Advance Can I Make a Reservation?

    How Can I Cancel My Reservation?


    As per our cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 12 hours before the transfer time are free of charge. Cancellations made close to the transfer time will not be refunded.

    I Forgot Something in The Vehicle, What Should I Do?


    Our company is not responsible for forgotten luggage and personal belongings. However, your driver will deliver the forgotten items to the office. In this case, you can pick up your belongings from our office. If you want them to be brought to your hotel, there is an extra charge.

    Should I Write Down The Time Of Landing Or The Time I Will Be At The Terminal Exit?


    When making a reservation, it is sufficient to specify your flight landing time and flight number. After your flight lands, our vehicle has a 45-minute waiting time. Our team follows the flight.

    We will carry out your transfer unless you cancel your reservation. We are one of the leading and reliable airport transfer companies in the Antalya region, so we will definitely meet you at the airport.

    I Cannot Find My Destination Address On Your Website, What Can I Do? 


    If you cannot find your destination address on our website, you can complete your reservation by selecting the nearest hotel or city name and writing the detailed address in the “note” section. 

    What Should I Do If I Cannot Find My Driver At The Meeting Point For Vip Reservation?


    If you cannot find your driver at the airport, please contact us immediately. If within 30 minutes your driver does not show up, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or refund your payment.
